Located in a rocky environment with its magnificent castle that seems to watch over everything from the heights, Castellar de la Frontera, in Cadiz, is considered the green lung of that region. Its origins date back to the Bronze Age although it has many Muslim origins, as evidenced by buildings such as the Almoraima Tower.
