Castellar de la Frontera, where stone and history merge in every corner.
Located in a rocky environment with its magnificent castle that seems to watch over everything from the heights, Castellar de la Frontera, in Cadiz, is considered the green lung of that region. Its origins date back to the Bronze Age although it has many Muslim origins, as evidenced by buildings such as the Almoraima Tower.
The town is included in the itinerary called the Ruta del Toro, which takes place in the province of Toro, inviting you to discover the life of this animal in its natural habitat.
Castellar is full of history, one of the many reasons why it manages to charm the traveler.
