Candelario

POI

Las Regaderas
The watering cans are a singular element of this town. They are a kind of small channels that cross the entire town from the top of the village to its lowest part. These watering cans that adorn the alleys of the town are used to irrigate the nearby orchards and had the utility of dragging the offal and the blood of the pig during the slaughtering season. The water comes from the springs and from the thawing of the nearby mountains. The watering cans reflect a way of life of some inhabitants subject to the hostilities of the environment and that with imagination built domestic and popular elements that have given style and character to the village.
