Alcanada and Cala Poncet

Alcanada and Cala Poncet Alcanada is a residential area with the scent of pine and sea, it hides a small beach and a small cove. The biggest one is called "Playa de Alcanada" and a short distance from it, we discover Cala Poncet. The beach has a small pine forest, pebbles, sandy bottoms and transparent waters that make it an intimate and special place. The picture is completed by the small islet of Alcanada crowned by a fantastic lighthouse that illuminates and guides sailors. The closest services to the beach are an 18-hole golf course with restaurant, the Alcanada Golf Club, and a small parking lot. Cala Poncet is a small hidden treasure, where time seems to have stopped. Its seabed combines sand, rock and large meadows of posidonia oceanica. The panorama is completed by the bay of Alcúdia that is drawn in front of it in all its extension and a promenade next to typical Majorcan houses. It has a restaurant service, a playground and a small parking lot.
