Llerena will once again be filled with history, color, and the atmosphere of days gone by with the celebration of the traditional Medieval Market in its iconic Plaza de España on May 29, 30, and 31.
Over these three days, residents and visitors alike will be able to enjoy a full program of activities set in the medieval era, featuring craft stalls, traditional cuisine, live music, parades, fire shows, falconry demonstrations, a children’s play area, and activities for the whole family.
Once again this year, this market transforms the historic center of our city into an authentic medieval setting, recreating the atmosphere of old-time fairs.
Organized by the Malik Cultural Association and the Llerena City Council, the official opening of the Medieval Market will take place on Friday afternoon, kicking off a weekend dedicated to leisure, culture, and tradition.
