V FARINATO FAIR

Ciudad Rodrigo is getting ready to host the 5th Farinato Fair from May 15 to 17 in Plaza del Buen Alcalde and Plaza Mayor. Three days dedicated to our most iconic sausage, featuring a crafts and food market, cooking demonstrations with tastings, wine tastings, children’s activities, exhibitions, live music, and much more.

Throughout the weekend, the Farinato Route will bring the flavor of farinato to numerous bars and restaurants in the town, which will offer tapas and special dishes made with this product. It’s an opportunity to enjoy time with the family, bring life to our streets, and support Ciudad Rodrigo’s hospitality and retail sectors.
