Briones is a town that has traditionally based its economy on agriculture, and the celebration of San Isidro Labrador is a must.
A patron saint's day is celebrated in Briones on May 15, the brotherhood announces the day by launching a few rockets.
That day at 12:00 h a procession and mass is celebrated in honor of the saint, in which the fields are blessed. At the end of the mass no one can miss the vermouth in any of the bars, where you can taste a variety of homemade snacks prepared for the occasion.
