for the winner of the qualifier

Also, as a new feature, we will have the Young Qualifier, with a competition format consisting of 2 qualifying rounds: The 8 fastest times will advance to the final, where a round will be held in reverse order of the qualifying times.

This time will be the one that counts for the event. If there are 7 or fewer participants, the final will consist of 4 participants.

Master categories may participate but will not enter the qualifier.

To form a category, there must be at least 4 athletes.

Master categories may participate, but they are not part of the Qualifier
