Nuevo Baztán celebrates Museum Day with music from the 18th century

The Nuevo Baztán Interpretation Center will celebrate Museum Day with the concert “Music for Flute and Violin in Enlightenment-Era Spain,” performed by the Effimera ensemble.

The performance will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Interpretation Center, located at C/ del Arco, 1.

The program will feature a selection of 18th-century instrumental pieces, including works by composers such as Luis Misón, Francisco Manalt, Antonio Soler, and José Pla. The performance will be given by Olga Castiblanque Sánchez, Cristina Ortiz Díaz, Blanca Martín Muñoz, and Álvaro Mota Medina.
