Vilanova will host this Saturday the official act of proclamation as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of Spain".

Next Saturday, June 6, Vilanova dos Infantes will host the official ceremony announcing its designation as one of Spain’s Most Beautiful Villages, thereby joining one of the country’s most prestigious rural tourism associations.

The event, which will take place in the Plaza Mayor of the medieval town at 12:00 p.m., will feature the participation of institutional authorities in the proclamation ceremony and the much-anticipated unveiling of the official sign certifying Vilanova as one of the most beautiful towns in the country, but also of the local groups and residents of Vilanova dos Infantes, the protagonists of this historic milestone, featuring a performance by the Vilanova dos Infantes Music Band and Dancers.

The City Council of Celanova, in collaboration with the Association of the Most Beautiful Villages of Spain, is organizing an event aimed at recognizing the beauty, history, and heritage of Vilanova dos Infantes.
