Music in Segura Festival

Música en Segura is a festival of musical delights held in one of Spain’s Most Beautiful Villages: Segura de la Sierra, situated at an altitude of 1,200 meters in the heart of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park in Jaén. With its 140 human inhabitants—and many more cats—Segura still retains the spectacular beauty of unspoiled villages, making it an unusual meeting place where our audience, coming from far and wide, connects with our charismatic artists for five days in May.

The carefully curated and adventurous program of Música en Segura transcends traditional divisions between musical genres and formats to focus the audience’s experience on the pure enjoyment of the thrill of live music, always in fascinating locations—both historic and outdoor. An event where many people can experience classical music without preconceptions.
