Castle-Museum Zuloaga
This fortification was acquired by the Basque painter Ignacio Zuloaga in 1926 and is currently home to his heirs. It is open from Wednesday to Sunday and there is usually a white sign at the entrance indicating opening hours.
After being held captive in the fortresses of Villalba de los Alcores, Ampudia, Villalpando, Berlanga and Castilnovo, two children of the French king Francis I were imprisoned in the castle of Pedraza: the heir to the throne, the Dauphin Francis, and his brother Henry, Duke of Orleans.
