Medinaceli

Declared a Historic-Artistic Site, in the town of Medinaceli past and present coexist. It is a town that has retained the charm of a medieval city. Originally a primitive Celtiberian village, it was conquered by the Muslims who gave it the name of Medina Slim. This municipality in the south of Soria has a renowned natural heritage which is well worth visiting. In the area around Medinaceli we can enjoy areas of natural beauty such as the source of the Jalón River, among others.
