Durro - Saraís - Pont de Saraís Trail

Short hiking route in the surroundings of Durro, in the Vall de Boí, linking the village with the uninhabited village of Saraís and the Pont de Saraís. The route starts next to the church of the Nativitat de Durro and runs along the slopes and terraces of the valley, with a traditional route of communication between mountain villages. The available information places it in a mid-mountain Pyrenean landscape, above 1,000 meters of altitude, in the Alta Ribagorza area, Lleida. The route is of interest for its landscape and ethnographic value: it crosses meadows, terraced fields and stretches accompanied by dry stone walls, very characteristic elements of the rural Pyrenean landscape.
