Museo de la Coria

The Coria Museum is a historical-didactic museum located in Trujillo (Cáceres, Extremadura), at coordinates 39.46104, -5.88549. It occupies the former Convent of San Francisco el Real de la Puerta de Coria, today linked to the Xavier de Salas Foundation, and is dedicated to explaining the relationship between Extremadura and Ibero-America, with special attention to the voyages of discovery, the encounter with American cultures and the formation of new mestizo cultures.
