San Roque Viewpoint

The Mirador de San Roque is a panoramic viewpoint located at the top of the fishing village of Llastres, in the municipality of Colunga, Asturias, next to the Campo de San Roque and the popular chapel dedicated to the saint. It is located on a coastal hillock, on the eastern slope of the town, with coordinates close to 43.51656, -5.26905, from where it dominates the stepped hamlet of the village and its direct relationship with the Cantabrian Sea. Its main interest is scenic: it offers a wide view over the port of Lastres, its bay and the coastline, with the Sierra del Sueve as a backdrop.
