Description
The oldest building in the town of Cudillero (13th century), in Gothic style with a square floor plan with buttresses and ribbed vault with pointed arches, it houses the Cristo del Humilladero (Christ of the Humiliator), dating from the 15th century. In the past it was a place of devotion for sailors before the galleys and for legal acts. Restored around 2000, when medieval paintings were discovered in the vault, it currently has a glazed facade, so it is perfectly visible from the outside.
Location
Capilla del Humilladero
