Description
Barranco del Regueral is a natural site in Linares de Mora, in the province of Teruel, located in the surroundings of the Gúdar-Javalambre mountain range and associated with the upper valley of the Linares river. It is a ravine with a water course, embedded in a landscape of medium and high mountains, where the relief, the riparian vegetation and the humid environment contrast with the pine forests and slopes of the municipality. The most interesting aspect of the visit is the fluvial character and the scenic value of the route, which runs alongside hiking trails in the vicinity of the village. This context makes it an attractive place to observe the modeling of the water on the rock, the transition between the riverbed and the forest, and the stillness of a well-preserved environment, very representative of the mountain landscape of Linares de Mora. Its main relevance is environmental and recreational: it is part of the local natural heritage of a municipality known for its environment of mountains, ravines and river landscapes. The available information presents it as a natural point of interest linked to walking and direct contact with the river environment, but the sources consulted do not provide a more detailed technical description of the site.
